WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED

All unused items can be returned within 3 days of receipt.

If you ship your intended return after the 3 day return period, we will reject it, we will not pick it up, and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS INCLUDING FOIL AND TAGS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return an item please follow this procedure:

  1. Email support@brawnape.com and provide your order number and specify the items you want to return. We will inform you of the mailing address by email.
  2. After we have confirmed your request please re-pack the item to its original condition with labels and tags still attached. Then mail it to the designated address.
  3. Retain your proof of shipment and wait until the package reaches our support warehouse. Once the package has been received the return still has to be processed. Received return DOES NOT mean processed. It may take several business days to process the return. If the product passes our inspection and meets the conditions for return, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
 
When mailing a returned product, if the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
 
When processing the refund, we will deduct the shipping and tax at the time of purchase.
 
If you purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the store and they will assist with your return. To be eligible for a full refund, please make sure any unwanted item/s are returned in their original box, unused with protective stickers intact. Items must be in the same condition as received.
 

Brawn Ape does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

We aim to get returns solved quickly, but please allow 3 days from receipt.

CHARGEBACKS

If you open a chargeback for “product not received” without contacting us first but your order status shows delivered and the courier collected your signature upon delivery we will forward this information to local law enforcement as theft of merchandise.

Furthermore, you will be unable to place any further orders and your warranty will be voided.
